This is a commercial unit but was modifier by VE3CRU to work on 1.25m. I don’t have a whole lot of additional information on this other than the below. I was told it needs very low power (in the mW range) to drive this.

Microwave Modules did not build 220/222 MHz transverters, despite efforts to get them to do so.  Hans Peters, VE3CRU, now SK, originally started building 220 MHz transverters from completed MMT 144 transverters, after stripping out the 2m parts and replacing them with 220 MHz parts.
