We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
Condition of Returned Items:
All returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were when shipped to you. This includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included in the original shipment. Items returned in a different condition may be subject to a partial refund or may be refused.
Returns Not Accepted:
Returns will not be accepted for items that were delivered as advertised. We provide detailed descriptions and, where possible, images of all items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the item description and ask any questions before making a purchase. Given the specialized nature of many of the items we sell, particularly radio equipment, vintage, and antique electronics, we expect buyers to possess the necessary knowledge and understanding of the equipment they are purchasing.

We encourage you to research the item, consult with experts if needed, and ensure you understand its specifications and functionality before purchasing. We are happy to answer specific questions about the condition and functionality of an item to the best of our ability, but we cannot provide technical advice or guarantee compatibility with your existing equipment.
Return Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
