Instructions
To provide our remote support service we use a software called RustDesk.
This software allows us to securely remote control and to resolve issues with your computer systems.
Once the download has completed you can click on it to open the application.

After RustDesk opens you will see a screen similar to the one below. Where the red bars are, there will be an ID and a One-time password. You will be asked to provide these by the tech to grant access to control your computer.

After you are finished you can close the RustDesk program and delete the file from your downloads folder if you wish.
